  1. Fit Snack Subscription clearly communicates that subscriptions are renewed when they expire. If you get charged and can’t afford it, just submit a ticket through customer support on the Fitsnack website with 24 – 48 hours and your refund will be processed. Customer Support may be sporadic at times, but not usually more than 3 days.

  2. On the contrary, I personally refund subscriber’s that mistakenly auto renew there subscriptions. No trouble, no hassle, just good vibes:) Granted, depending on the timing I might not get the request the very same day. FAQ’s do state that refunds are granted if requested within 24 hours of debit and changes are effective the first of the following month.
