    Ni har debiterat mig på mitt Eurocard 5444 81** **** 6351
    Jag har inte beställt något och inte fått något levererat och önskar få mina pengar tillbaka
    till mitt Eurocard. Om jag är registrerad som kund vill jag bli avregistrerad.

    yesterday they charged me in the total amount of 785.00 CZK for the subscription Premium for the next 30 days. I didn´t agree with this transaction. I asked them to cancel my membership and to cancel the transaction no. 20837418 from the 12/27/2018 in the total amount of 785.00 CZK. I also asked them to refund me the mentioned money.

    What can I do here?

  5. SocksOnClick refuses to pay back my money.
    I do not agree my membership at all which they confirmed is cancelled after 3 months ‘membership’ with automatic payments on my credit card.

  6. Today, I mistakenly sent the money to SocksOnClick 75 CZK and I wanted to cancel my membership, I was responded:

    Thank you for your email.

    It is correct, that you have the right to be forgotten.

    Although your membership is a financial transaction, we are obliged to save data on the transaction for 5 years, which will contain some data about you, so the transaction is possible to be located.

    We have made sure that you will never hear from us again, which means that you are in that sense forgotten on our website.
