Did Apple take money from your bank account?

Are you in the same boat as many other customers who also have had money charged on their credit card from Apple?

Often customers of Apple have no knowledge that they have been signed up for a subscription that automatically renews and takes money from your credit card. So that leaves the question: Is it realistic that you can get your money back from Apple? Often customers find that it can be extremely difficult having their money returned to their accounts once Apple has taken them.

Your bank might not want to do a chargeback, and neither should you

One way to deal with such a situation is to do a chargeback, but it can have some very serious consequences that the bank typically will not tell you:

  • Your bank might impose a fee that you will have to pay
  • Your bank might give you a lower credit rating. That could mean it would be more difficult to get a loan in the future
  • You will be without a credit card for a while since you bank will disable it

Let us help you get your money back

  1. Hi I checked my bank account and noticed that Apple has charged me $21.19, $7.41, and $9.65. I have no idea why this was taken from my bank account when I added my card to iTunes. I only did it to make a purchase through iTunes for Musicnotes to purchase sheet music. I know I didn’t not spend any of the following prices listed above and I would like a refund on that.

  2. Apple is removing $40 a day from my (a non-Apple customer) Chase bank account since 7/20/20 for non-existing charges. My Chase bank changed my debit card and gave me a new debit card, but the charges are still coming. I woke up this morning to a new charge on 7/24/20? It’s a nightmare!!
