    Ref: Unauthorised payment has been taken £164.72 on 19th July 2018 from our account (A-Z Training Centre Ltd) . We have migrated all of our website related provisions to site-ground from 16th January 2017. We stopped using egcgi from the above quoted date. However, egcgi has taken the amount without our consent and knowledge. There was no even reminder for renewal. We also like to confirm that the money has been taken from the debit card of B P Khanal and he is no longer associated with the business nor his name is in the account. You have taken the money from the debit card which is no longer valid. Therefore, can you please review your records and refund our money. Thank you for your time and supports
