RefundHelper is a document preparation service that helps consumers create professional chargeback dispute letters. We provide tools to organize your dispute information and generate bank-ready documents.

Important: RefundHelper is NOT a law firm and does NOT provide legal advice. The documents we generate are templates based on the information you provide.

2. User Responsibilities

By using RefundHelper, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your transactions and disputes
• Only submit disputes for legitimate reasons as permitted by your card issuer
• Not use the service for fraudulent chargebacks or false claims
• Review all generated documents before submission to your bank

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

RefundHelper cannot guarantee the outcome of any chargeback dispute. The decision to approve or deny a chargeback rests solely with your financial institution. We provide document preparation assistance only.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use RefundHelper to:

• Submit false or fraudulent disputes
• Engage in "friendly fraud" or abuse the chargeback process
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harm or defraud merchants through illegitimate claims

5. Limitation of Liability

RefundHelper and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, and materials provided through RefundHelper are the property of RefundHelper. You are granted a limited license to use generated documents for your personal dispute purposes only.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to RefundHelper if we believe you have violated these terms or are using the service for fraudulent purposes.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
